La casa è stata totalmente ristrutturata mantenendo le sue peculiarità di casa antica e cercando di recuperare i materiali preesistenti.
Questa palazzina appartiene alla nostra famiglia da 3 generazioni e la sua storia fa parte di noi, per questo abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione personalmente e con molta passione.
Da qui si può raggiungere velocissimamente la spiaggia e il porto, dal quale partono i battelli che collegano il lago.
Casa la Margherita è composta da tre camere matrimoniali, tre bagni con doccia, cucina e zona tv con terrazino.
Le camere sono curate, confortevoli e piacevolmente silenziose.
La casa è dotata di ogni confort:

Casa la Margherita is located in the heart of Desenzano del Garda.
The house has been totally restored maintaining its peculiarities of an ancient house and trying to recover the pre-existing materials.
This building has belonged to our family for 3 generations and its history is part of us, that's why we have taken care of the restoration personally and with a lot of passion.
From here you can quickly reach the beach and the port, from which the boats, that connect the lake, leave.
Casa la Margherita consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, kitchen and TV area with a small terrace.
The rooms are neat, comfortable and pleasantly quiet.
The house is equipped with every comfort:

Casa la Margherita befindet sich im Herzen von Desenzano del Garda. Das Haus wurde komplett restauriert, wobei die Besonderheiten eines alten Hauses beibehalten wurden und versucht wurde, die vorhandenen Materialien wiederherzustellen. Dieses Gebäude gehört seit 3 Generationen unserer Familie und seine Geschichte ist ein Teil von uns, deshalb haben wir uns persönlich und mit viel Leidenschaft um den Umbau gekümmert. Von hier aus erreichen Sie schnell den Strand und den Hafen, von dem aus die Boote abfahren, die den See verbinden.
Casa la Margherita besteht aus drei Doppelzimmern, drei Badezimmern mit Dusche, Küche und TV-Bereich mit einer kleinen Terrasse.
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, komfortabel und angenehm ruhig.
Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern.

Es war wieder traumhaft in Italien. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal bei unseren Gastgebern (letztes Jahr aber in einer anderen Wohnung). Die Wohung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral. Es befindet sich alles in der Nähe, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und tolle Cafe´s. Bis zum See sind es nur wenige Schritte. Einmal in der Woche gibt einen tollen Markt über den man unbedingt mal schlendern sollte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben unter der Wohnung einen tollen Taschenladen, sodass sie bei Fragen immer gleich erreichbar waren. Vielen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment to the max. It is really nice newly renovated and right in the city center. So one you walk out of the door you have everything you need right there. When you are inside you can't hear anything from outside due to the nice new windows. Luca was a really nice and helpful host!

Luca and his wife were extremely friendly hosts! They always replied quickly and expected us with a friendly welcome upon arrival. The apartment is very modern and beautifully decorated. Located right in the centre of Desenzano restaurants, shops and the lake can be reached within short walks.
