Questa palazzina appartiene alla nostra famiglia da 3 generazioni e la sua storia fa parte di noi, per questo abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione personalmente e con molta passione.
Da qui si può raggiungere velocissimamente la spiaggia e il porto, dal quale partono i battelli che collegano il lago.
L’angolo di Caterina è un romantico luminoso monolocale con piccolo balconcino sulla via principale di Desenzano del Garda.
La struttura curata in tutti i suoi dettagli, confortevole e piacevolmente silenziosa.
La casa è dotata di aria condizionata.

The house has been completely renovated, preserving its historic character and making every effort to reuse existing materials.
This building has been in our family for three generations, and its history is a part of us, which is why we personally oversaw the renovation with great passion.
From here, you can quickly reach the beach and the port, where boats depart for the lake.

Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert, wobei sein historischer Charakter erhalten und so viel wie möglich von den vorhandenen Materialien wiederverwendet wurde.
Dieses Gebäude ist seit drei Generationen in Familienbesitz, und seine Geschichte ist ein Teil von uns. Deshalb haben wir die Renovierung mit großer Leidenschaft persönlich begleitet.
Von hier aus erreichen Sie schnell den Strand und den Hafen, von dem aus die Boote zum See ablegen.

Die Unterkunft ist sorgfältig gepflegt, komfortabel und angenehm ruhig.

Es war wieder traumhaft in Italien. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal bei unseren Gastgebern (letztes Jahr aber in einer anderen Wohnung). Die Wohung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral. Es befindet sich alles in der Nähe, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und tolle Cafe´s. Bis zum See sind es nur wenige Schritte. Einmal in der Woche gibt einen tollen Markt über den man unbedingt mal schlendern sollte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben unter der Wohnung einen tollen Taschenladen, sodass sie bei Fragen immer gleich erreichbar waren. Vielen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment to the max. It is really nice newly renovated and right in the city center. So one you walk out of the door you have everything you need right there. When you are inside you can't hear anything from outside due to the nice new windows. Luca was a really nice and helpful host!

Luca and his wife were extremely friendly hosts! They always replied quickly and expected us with a friendly welcome upon arrival. The apartment is very modern and beautifully decorated. Located right in the centre of Desenzano restaurants, shops and the lake can be reached within short walks.
